Name: Marynn Illeria{Mare-yin Ill-leer-ee-uh}
Species: Wolf; but she 'doesn't exist' remember.
Heaven/Hell: Wherever the wolf that she's invading the
dreams of is at the time.
Pack: Same as the above statement.
Kingdom: ... Annnd same as the above statement.
Rank: N/a; she's not real.
Gender: Female
Age: Timeless; Older than time itself.
Mate: Now please do explain how that would work.
Pups: None; it's impossible.
Height: 2'6" in normal wolf form.
Weight: Weightless; she's like the air itself.
Description: Marynn is quite different, to say the least. Living in a dream world, where anything, and I mean anything, could happen, she doesn't look average. The wolf herself has a royal purple coat, about average in length, but that's only the base of it. Streaks of yellow sort of snake their way around it, and I mean that literally, they never stop moving. Not once will you see Marynn twice and she'll look the same as before. Her orbs have no pupils, and are the same yellow that her coat is.
That's only her default coat. Sometimes, when angered, her coat turns a violent red color, and the yellow swirls turn to black, sort of like a chamillion. This is basically her, "If you don't shut up now I will kill you" look. Yes, Marynn can kill you when you sleep; but only when you sleep. If you wake up, she's gone. Scary, eh?
Well, Marynn is quite scary, espically when she takes the form of something else. She can shape-shift into anything imaginable, but only in your sleep. She can't form herself in the real world, and never wants to. She's perfectly happy to dream all the time. Keep in mind -- You can tell that Marynn is like a ghost because she has no pupils. The minute you see pupils in her eyes, you'll know that she's real as the ground you're standing on and can attack.
History: As old as time itself, Marynn was created souly for the gods amusement. They wanted to see what it would be like to have a species of "dream wolves." Wolves that were just as real as anything, but only when one was asleep. They were supposed to do good, but when Marynn was being created, along with three others, they realized that they had defects. Hates had decided to tamper with their souls, to make them do his bidding, if you will. So, without the other gods knowing it, Hates messed around with their beings, and changed them so they appeared good, but when made angry, they were very, very sadistic.
Put onto the earth while everything else was created, the four wolves wondered about from wolf to wolf, dream to dream, killing any of them which angered them. Seeing their work was bad, the gods managed to kill off two of them, and yet the other two roamed about, one male and one female, Marynn learned to control her anger slightly, but she never saw the male again, so she had no idea what he was out doing.
Only once did Marynn fall in love with a wolf. He fell in love with her, too. So, he tried to never wake up. Marynn told him that this was bad, his real body would die, and then it happened. He died. Marynn does not come close to those who's dreams she enters, for fear of them dying on the outside. Sometimes, if she makes a friend, she'll come back every few nights, just popping by, sometimes not even speaking, just proving she was still there.
Interesting, no?
Family: None; Marynn was an expierment the gods didn't like, however they couldn't un-do what had been done.
Personality: Marynn, well, it all depends on her opinion of the wolf. Like, if she thinks the wolf is overly-stressed, then the dream will be as calm as possible, shades of purple, possibly up on the top of a mountain or something. If the wolf is sad, she'll actually make the setting around the dream dark blue, usually, a night sky, where the grass is purple and the trees are gray. Something sad-looking, if you don't look for the beauty in it.
Marynn is wise, but that doesn't stop her from being herself. She's like a double-edged sword, and she doesn't set trust anywhere. Half of her is good, and half is bad, so you never know what you're going to get from her. If she doesn't like you, you can guarntee a fight, and what you don't know is, you can't feel her, she's transparent. However, she can feel you, and kill you. That rarely happens anymore, though.
Marynn is quite the sarcastic little femme. She tries to help others find peace in their dreams, unless she dislikes the one she's talking with. Then, she may make it nearly impossible to wake up, and the only way to wake up is if another nearby wakes them up, or if you complete what you're supposed to do in that dream. Marynn is all for conquering fears, and will stop at nothing to make sure that happens.
Likes: Helping, battles of wit, altering the setting she's in to whatever she likes, immortality, getting whatever she wants, scaring others into conquering fears, being only real when one is asleep, the feeling of being hated by many, the list goes on.
Dislikes: Killing others in their sleep, lazy nights when she has nothing to do, and instead her spirit wonders the realm of dreams, the thought that someday she could die, the thought that she has no idea where she would go, or if it'd be any different, the fact that there is, in fact, another wolf like her out there, and lots of other things.
Powers: Dreams -- Being her only power, but one of the best there is out there, Marynn has many advantages, and few disadvantages. Marynn can alter the very settings of one's dreams, turning it into whatever she wants it to be. Though she cannot hurt one with, say, a volcano erruption in a dream, she can kill off a wolf herself.
Marynn is nearly impossible to kill off, but there is a way that one can. If her pupils appear in her eyes, that's a sign that she is no longer in ghost form, but that's the only way she can kill another, is if she herself is real and feelable. If it came down to it though, she could always make the wolf snap awake just like that. It doesn't take much.
Weaknesses: Her actual bodily form is her only weakness.
Other Information: The Dream Realm -- This is the place where Marynn lives. The skies are red and the grasses are yellow. Trees are pink and clouds are purple. Though most of this place makes no sense, for example, you might see a hill that all of a sudden morphs into a waterfall, with no river, Marynn loves living here. The way she finds wolves of which to invade, she sees a loose image of them laying in the grass, sleeping. She walks into their image, literally, and will find out by the nothingness of black that there is not one of her kind already in the mind of that wolf. That's how she comes about to the dreams of a wolf.
